I have decided that I want to learn how to ice/decorate cakes.
I attempted a couple of different cupcake things this past weekend (for the Super Bowl of course) and while they looked ok, I was not really impressed at all. I mean they were cute in a, "Oh that's supposed to be a football, isn't it?" sort of way. Not in a, "oh wow, I can't believe you actually made those, you should think about entering some sort of cupcake decorating contest" way.
So I will learn all the different techniques. Well, at least one solid technique. Sort of like a party trick.
And people WILL be impressed.
